How long will my order take ?

Please allow 10-14 business days for pre-orders .
For custom- made units with your bundles , processing time starts when hair is received and it is 3-5 business days.

What kind of hair is provided with the wig?

It is our top quality Virgin hair and depending on length, wigs are usually 150%-180% density ( 2-3 bundles ) for fullness

What is a glueless wig?

A glueless wig is a wig that can be worn without using hair glue, adhesives or spray. The wig is made to fit your head perfectly and is adjustable for security.

Are your wigs beginner friendly?

Yes! Our wigs are easy to put on straight out of packaging. It comes customized (bleached knots, plucked hairline, parted and styled).

Are all wigs glueless ?

No. Only closure wigs are glueless. Frontal wigs are not.

How do I get my head measurements?

Please look a size guide chart provided in "Custom Wigs" or "Pre-orders"

Do you drop off and pick up or allow customers to drop off and pick up?
Yes, depending on the distance and area of the customer. If your location is out of range the wig will be shipped to you. A travel fee will be added on . Local customers are able to pick up or drop off hair as well.
