Custom/Pre-order processing time: 10-14 business days (M-Sat)

Shipping time: 2-5 business days

Ready-to-ship wigs will be shipped within 1-2 business days.

Custom/ pre-order wigs: 

If you plan to wear your wig for a specific date/event, please order ahead of time to ensure that you’ll receive your order on time.

Please make sure to look at sizing chart for wig measurements. We are not responsible for improperly fitted wigs. There are absolutely no refunds on orders that were placed with the wrong measurements.

Tracking number will be sent within 24-48 hours of order being shipped

Returns/Refunds:
Exchanges/returns are not accepted. All units are non-refundable unless there is a mistake on our behalf.

Order cancellations/changes must be within 48 hours of purchase .

Missing orders: We are not held responsible for missing packages or incorrect address information. Please be sure to review address before submitting. All orders require signature confirmation upon delivery. If for any reason your order was delivered to the wrong address you must file a claim with the carrier.
